Nurturing the Next Generation

UIA provides support for disadvantaged children living in the geographic and social periphery of Israel and includes these opportunities for special educational programs such as Youth Futures, Youth Aliyah Villages for children at risk, Net@ and more.

Specific projects implemented by the Jewish Agency to assist new immigrants and people in distress also receive support from UIA. These include initiatives such as Youth Futures, UIA’s flagship project aimed at providing vital services for Israel’s most disadvantaged youth. The establishment of Youth Villages throughout Israel which house, feed, educate and counsel youth who comes from destitute and broken homes also aim to serve these vulnerable populations.

Our Mission Statement:

Keren Hayesod- United Israel Appeal, through a partnership between Israel and Diaspora communities, mobilises support for Israel and the rescue of Jews in distress.

By encouraging and assisting in Aliyah and absorption, Keren Hayesod saves Jewish lives, strengthens Jewish identity, fortifies the fabric of Israeli society and reinforces solidarity within the Jewish people.
